Clear expectations for working with Noryx, from your first enquiry to an agreed partnership.

These terms cover enquiries and onboarding discussions with Noryx Technologies Limited by prospective drivers, motorcycle riders, fleet owners, delivery partners, organizations and service providers. Requirements for an active partnership are set out in the agreement provided for that role or service.
Provide accurate, current information and submit documents only when authorized to do so. Tell Noryx if relevant details change. Sending an enquiry, opening an account or submitting documents does not guarantee acceptance, work, employment, verification or a commercial partnership. Approval and access depend on the applicable checks and agreed terms.
Applicants must have the legal capacity and authority to enter the proposed arrangement. Where relevant, onboarding may require identity checks, driving licences, vehicle ownership or authorization, operating permits, insurance and other role-specific documents. Drivers, riders and fleet operators are responsible for keeping legally required documents valid. Account registration alone does not establish verified status.
Agreed services must be performed lawfully and responsibly. Drivers and riders must observe road rules, maintain roadworthy vehicles and use required safety equipment, including seatbelts and appropriate motorcycle helmets. Treat passengers, recipients and colleagues respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, fraud, unsafe driving and services involving unlawful goods are unacceptable. Report safety concerns through Noryx support; contact local emergency services when immediate assistance is needed.
Service scope, pricing, commissions, payment timing, expenses, insurance responsibilities and equipment arrangements must be confirmed in the applicable written agreement before activity begins. This website does not establish a fee schedule or promise a minimum income, number of journeys, delivery volume or exclusive work. Estimates and promotional statements are not guaranteed financial outcomes.
An enquiry does not create an employment, agency, franchise or other commercial relationship. The applicable agreement and law determine the relationship once an arrangement is accepted. Partners must not make commitments, collect payments or present themselves as authorized representatives of Noryx beyond the authority expressly granted to them.
Submit only information needed for your enquiry or requested onboarding process. Do not include passwords, verification codes or unrelated sensitive records in the enquiry form. Anyone handling passenger, recipient, driver or business information must do so only for an authorized purpose and in accordance with applicable privacy law and agreed instructions. Protect confidential information from unauthorized access or disclosure. The website privacy notice explains the public website’s information practices.
Read our privacy noticeUse of the Noryx name, logo, uniforms, vehicle branding or other company materials requires authorization and must follow any instructions supplied with it. An enquiry or application does not grant permission to advertise as an approved Noryx partner. Do not alter company marks, imply an endorsement that has not been granted or continue authorized use after the relevant permission ends.
Contact Noryx promptly about complaints, document issues, safety incidents or suspected misuse connected with your enquiry or agreed activity. Include relevant references and facts without sharing unnecessary personal information. Review procedures, access restrictions, notice periods, termination rights and outstanding payments for active partners are governed by their applicable agreement and law; this page does not replace those provisions.
Read the agreement supplied for your role before accepting it and ask for clarification where needed. Changes to this website page do not automatically change an existing contract. Any change to an active arrangement must follow that agreement and applicable law. Noryx may update this page to reflect applicable service requirements.
